Transfer of Authority ceremony

Description: First Sgt. Michael Warner, Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 2nd Battalion, 300th Field Artillery, Wyoming Army National Guard, lowers the Wyoming state flag for the last time in the battalion's area of operations, at Camp Virginia, Kuwait, March 25. The 2-300th completed the transfer of authority with the 2nd Battalion, 124th Infantry. The 2-124th provides base security and convoy protection in Kuwait and Iraq. (Photo by 2nd Lt.
