Shimon Peres by David Shankbone and Jan Arkesteijn

Description: The history of this photo of Israeli President and Nobel laureate Shimon Peres is complicated. First, I did not physically take the shot, and that's evident because I'm in the uncropped version. However, I set up the shot, the lighting, the angle, etc. and employed an agent to shoot it. And I licensed it Creative Commons 3.0. But my agent had trouble with the auto-focus, and in the original you can read the spines of the books in that shelf, but Peres and I are a little fuzzy. Enter Jan Arkesteijn of Wikimedia Commons, who reversed the blur and uploaded this version of my image. I find the result amazing. Thanks Jan!
